
The Securities and Exchange Commission of Zimbabwe is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the position of Risk and Policy Analyst, Grade C4.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assessing and recommending appropriate enterprise risk management methodologies.
• Developing, recommending and updating models, policies, and procedures in line with organisational guidelines.
• Establishing and recommending the Commission’s risk appetite framework.
• Developing risk assessment criteria and maintaining a risk register.
• Identifying, quantifying, and monitoring potential risks to the Commission and generating relevant reports.
• Reviewing corporate actions filed with the Commission for approval.
• Identifying gaps and constraints to the organisational strategic objectives to inform policy formulation.
• Researching viable policy proposals to promote organisational strategic goals.
• Analysing policy announcements and assessing their impact on the Commission’s strategic objectives.
Requisite qualifications & experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Actuarial Science, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or equivalent.
• CFA Charter or studying towards the Charter will be an added advantage.
• A minimum of three years’ relevant work experience.
