Core Competencies: • Attention to detail • Organisational skills • Analytical skills • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work under pressure Duties and Responsibilities: • Processing and recording financial transactions. • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records. • Assisting in budgeting and forecasting. • Managing and reconciling various revenue streams. • Attending to both internal and external Auditors as and when required. • Assisting in the preparation of management accounts. • Providing administrative support to the Finance and Administration department. • Performing ad – hoc or any other duties assigned by the Superior Requisite qualifications & experience: • A Bachelor of Accounting, Finance, Banking or Business Administration • Any relevant post qualification is an added advantage. • At least two years’ relevant work experience. Duties and Responsibilities: • Developing strategies and approaches to actualize the Commission’s strategic objectives. • Identifying and responding to emerging policy issues that are pertinent to the Commission’s objectives. • Overseeing and monitoring policy activities related to the Commission. • Organising and facilitating convenings with experts and stakeholders for the Commission’s visibility in the market and beyond. • Cultivating strong relationships with all stakeholders. • Supervising and coordinating enterprise risk management activities. • Analyzing and assessing new capital market products and services. • Developing effective outreach strategies to raise awareness. • Promoting financial inclusion and financial literacy to ensure that investors are protected. • Managing internal and external communication programmes. Requisite qualifications & experience: • Degree in Economics, Finance, Law, Research, Banking or equivalent. • Master’s degree in relevant fields such as Economics, Finance, Banking or equivalent. • CFA charter is an added advantage. • Strong knowledge of the capital markets is prerequisite. • At least five years’ work experience in corporate finance, merchant banking, investment banking or investments environment. The Securities and Exchange Commission of Zimbabwe is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the position of Procurement Manager.   Core Competencies:

  Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Developing procurement and sourcing strategies.
  • Ensuring that supplier contracts are in place and are renewed on time.
  • Interacting with suppliers and other service providers to maintain long-term relationships, in a professional manner.
  • Ensuring a quick turnaround time for all procurement processes.
  • Driving cost reduction and risk control in the procurement process.
  • Managing procurement plans for the Commission.
  • Ensuring that, tender administration and evaluation process are done in accordance with the Act.
  • Liaising with the Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe on all procurement matters.
  • Managing stakeholders throughout the whole supply chain.
  Requisite qualifications & experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing and Supply Chain management or equivalent.
  • Minimum of CIPS Level 4 certification.
  • Master’s degree in relevant fields such as Purchasing and Supply Chain Management, MBA or equivalent is an added advantage.
  • A minimum of five years’ work experience of which two years should be at a senior level in Procurement and Supply Chain Management.
